20/07/2008 - Barton Marina Standard Triathlon

Paul Jarvis managed 24th overall and 8th in age group at the new Standard (Oly) Distance race at Barton Marina following on from their successful Sprint earlier in the year.  The race was notable for the two lakes swim which saw competititors exiting the first lake after 200m to run to the next lake 100m away before completing a lap in that lake then returning to finish the a lap of the first lake.

20/07/2008 - Lincoln Sprint Triathlon

The David Lloyd Lincoln Sprint from local race organisers, One Step Beyond, saw two competitors from the Club.  Will Raiment achieved an excellent 3rd in age group and 26th overall - despite managing to knock three bikes off the racks in T1 and having to stop to put them back.  Kevin Currell came in 13th in age group helped by a storming 17:53 5km run.
